What Is a Block Making Machine?
Block making machines are specifically used to produce concrete blocks, primarily in construction. Known as hollow blocks due to their hollow interiors, these concrete blocks are used in construction, civil engineering, and, more recently, gardening, depending on their sizes and types.
In the production process, cement, aggregates, and other materials are first mixed. This mixture is then molded into predetermined shapes using a shaping machine. The formed blocks are cured with heat to harden and subsequently undergo finishing processes, such as coloring or adding decorations, before being inspected and shipped.
While fully automatic block making machines can handle the entire process, semi-automatic machines involve manual labor for tasks like material weighing and transferring to the shaping machine.
