A paddle flow switch is a product used to detect the flow of liquids.
It is used for flow management in systems such as fire hydrant sprinklers. The material of the paddle can be selected according to the fluid, with options like resin or stainless steel (SUS). Moreover, it can detect actual flow rates under various conditions. It is used when there is no need to monitor the flow continuously and especially when detecting flows that are above or below a certain threshold. A specific application includes preventing dry running of pumps.
