Heat Pipes

What Is a Heat Pipe?

A heat pipe is a highly efficient heat conduction element capable of rapidly transferring a large amount of heat. Its mechanism involves the phase change of a small amount of enclosed working fluid, which undergoes evaporation and condensation within the container, facilitating heat transport. The thermal conductivity of a heat pipe is said to be over 100 times that of copper.

The advantages of heat pipes include excellent thermal conductivity, high thermal responsiveness, uniform temperature distribution, ease of shaping, low maintenance requirements, and lightweight properties.

Heat pipes are used in various everyday scenarios, including heat dissipation and cooling in mobile devices, CPU cooling in PCs and workstation servers, heat dissipation in LED lighting, and cooling for control panels, operator panels, industrial robots, and machining equipment.
