What Is a Lever Clamp?
A lever clamp is an industrial component that enables the tightening or loosening of a screw through the use of a lever mechanism.
This clamp comprises a lever, a screw section, and a serration (engagement section). The lever, which moves vertically, engages with the serration and the screw section when in the lower position.
Rotating the lever causes the screw section to turn, facilitating easy screw tightening without the need for additional tools like wrenches or drivers. Lever clamps are particularly useful in constrained spaces where traditional tools might be cumbersome to use, such as in adjusting angles of electrical stands or pumps, vehicle and machinery installation, and furniture manufacturing.
