Principle of Vacuum Generators

2. Vacuum Pump

Vacuum pumps generate a vacuum by removing air or gas and reducing the pressure inside a vessel. There are three ways to generate a vacuum: exhaust, adsorption, and diffusion.

The exhaust method uses mechanical or molecular pumps to expel gases and reduce pressure. Specifically, the vane rotates as the motor rotates, sealing the gas inside the casing as it is discharged.

The adsorption method uses an adsorbent to adsorb gas molecules and reduce the pressure in the space. The diffusion method reduces pressure by controlling the movement of gas molecules.

3. Vacuum Blower

A vacuum blower is a device that operates on the opposite principle of a vacuum pump. It has the ability to generate a vacuum using compressed air. By turning a motor, the built-in wings are rotated to take in and exhaust gas. This intake and exhaust process reduces the pressure inside the container and creates a vacuum.
