What Is a Hot Stamping Machine?
A hot stamping machine is a device used for imprinting designs or characters onto various materials using a press.
This machine consists of a heat source, a press, and a cooling device. The heat source, often an electric heater or a gas burner, is used to heat metal plates or foils. The press, which can be hydraulic or pneumatic, applies these heated elements onto the target surface. Finally, the cooling device, utilizing water or air cooling methods, cools the heated metal plates or foils after application.
There are two main types of hot stamping machines: flatbed and rotary. Flatbed machines are suitable for pressing onto flat surfaces, whereas rotary machines are designed for curved surfaces.
