Oil Pressure Switches

What Is an Oil Pressure Switch?

An oil pressure switch is a device installed within a hydraulic system to detect changes in pressure and send signals to the control system.

Through the collaboration of the oil pressure switch and the control system, automatic current connection and disconnection occur based on pre-set pressure values. To maintain the proper functioning of the hydraulic system, the oil pressure switch is indispensable.

Oil pressure switches are not limited to industrial machinery and equipment; they are also commonly used in our daily lives. A notable example is in the engine systems of vehicles. By incorporating an oil pressure switch, the system monitors the circulation of oil within the engine. When the oil pressure falls below a specified value, a warning light is triggered.
